The following Terms and Conditions of hire must be adhered to;

1. The hirer accepts full responsibility of supervising the children whilst using our soft play equipment.  No supervision is supplied by Soft Tots Soft Play Hire and Soft Tots accepts no liability for any damage or injuries whilst the equipment is on hire.
2. All the equipment remains the property of Soft Tots Soft Play Hire and any losses or damage to the equipment whilst on hire will be invoiced to the hirer.
3. All equipment must be returned in an undamaged condition, or replacement cost will be invoiced to hirer.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

1. The Soft Play equipment must only be used by children within the age group as specified by Soft Tots Soft Play Hire.
2. Children MUST be supervised at all times when using the equipment.  Soft Tots accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries occured whilst the equipment is on hire.
3. NO SHOES to be worn at any time when using the equipment, and also if parents/guardians are entering the soft play arena or walking over the padded floor tiles whilst supervising, shoes must also be removed.  (It is recommended for hygiene reasons that socks are kept on the children).
4. Children must be kept away from the air blowers and electric cables.
5. Children must not be allowed to climb the arena walls - these are there to provide a padded enclosure and do not form part of the play equipment.
